How are products shipped?
All orders comes with free shipping at no extra cost. This is achieved by keeping the shipment lightweight and simple to reduce costs. We also work closely with our suppliers and fulfillment centers worldwide to ensure that your order arrives to you on time and in the best condition possible. Shipping duration is typically between 15 - 21 business days after receipt of confirmation email.
How long does it take for my purchases to be shipped?
Your order is processed within 24-48 hours and is confirmed through email. Be sure to whitelist all incoming emails from us. If your order confirmation is not received, please check your "spam" folder in your email. Your purchase will then be shipped out through our fulfillment centers and you will receive your parcel generally within 15 - 21 business days.
What if I want the purchase to arrive sooner?
If you would like your purchase to arrive sooner, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the product details and date to arrive and our team will liaise with you on delivery options. Separate charges applies. We will do our utmost best to have the parcel arrive before the stated date.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We apologize if you receive products that does not meet your satisfaction, product description or damaged. In the event this happens, we will either refund or resend the product back to you.
Will I have to pay for International Tax duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20%
of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline
and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Mega Sale Mart cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
